Jo Ann Gramlich, an award-winning author and speech-language pathologist, is no stranger to inspiring others through her work. Known for her impactful Talk, Play, And Read book series—which supports early childhood speech and language development; Jo Ann has devoted her life to helping children find their voices. Now, she’s also helping women find theirs through her involvement with the 262 Women’s Group, a movement created by business coach and entrepreneur Deb Drummond.

A Movement With Purpose

The 262 Women’s Group was formed around one powerful idea: To encourage women to show up, stand up, and speak up globally.

Deb created this book as a movement to better highlight and amplify the voices of 262 women from around the world who are creating real change in their communities and industries. Together, we work to inspire and motivate women around the globe to stand up, speak up, and show up with confidence.

Each woman brings her own story, strength, and sense of purpose, and Jo Ann’s mission to support children and families fits seamlessly into that vision. She is a proud member of this collective and is featured in the first edition of the 262 Women’s Book.

Through the group, Jo Ann has found a space to both uplift others and be inspired herself. Surrounded by women who are equally committed to growth, impact, and legacy, she continues to show up—not just as an expert in her field, but as a mentor, advocate, and example of purpose-driven living.

Bringing Together Literacy, Language & Leadership

Jo Ann’s work in childhood development is all about empowering the next generation through language and communication. That same theme of empowerment carries through in her contributions to the 262 Women’s Project. Whether she’s speaking at events, sharing insights in interviews, or collaborating on upcoming initiatives, Jo Ann brings heart, wisdom, and a genuine desire to make meaningful change.

By connecting with fellow 262 members, entrepreneurs, authors, health professionals, creatives, and community builders; Jo Ann is part of a growing movement that’s all about showing up, standing up, and speaking up.

A Shared Commitment to Uplifting Others

If you know Jo Ann personally, you know that what makes her involvement so impactful is her ability to combine personal passion with professional expertise. She doesn’t just talk about empowering others, she lives and breathes it. From promoting literacy at home, encouraging families in their households, to supporting women in business, her voice continues to resonate with purpose.

As the 262 Women’s Group continues to expand and touch lives across the globe, Jo Ann’s presence within the community stands as a shining example of what happens when women come together—not to compete, but to collaborate, lift one another, and create lasting impact.
