Diane Strand – A multi-award-winning entrepreneur, executive producer, best-selling author, nonprofit founder, and TEDx speaker with over 21 years of experience. She is the majority owner of JDS Video & Media Productions, Inc., JDS Actors Studio, and founder of the nonprofit JDS Creative Academy. Strand is the creator, executive producer and Co-Host of “Spirit of Innovation: Arts Across America,” the first of its kind in Riverside County. She has written two approved job-training curriculums for mainstream and special needs. She has helped to launch over 100 careers in the arts. Her mission is to provide H.O.P.E.—Helping One Person Everyday—by spreading the arts across America. Strand is deeply involved in her community, serving on several boards and committees, including the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce and Southwest Economic Development Coalition. Before entrepreneurship, she earned A-list Hollywood credits, working on shows like General Hospital and Friends and producing for Disney Channel.
Scott Strand is a master acting coach, serial entrepreneur, and creative visionary with over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry and more than two decades as a successful business owner. A graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and California State University Northridge, Scott has built a career as a performer, director, and educator across theater, film, and television. As co-founder of JDS Video & Media Productions, Inc., JDS Actors Studio, and nonprofit JDS Creative Academy, Scott is dedicated to fostering talent and creating career opportunities in the arts. He has helped launch numerous careers in the entertainment industry, training actors, producers, and directors who have gone on to work in major productions. Some of his acting credits include roles in the HBO film Tyson, where he worked alongside the late George C. Scott, and Last Man Standing, where he shared the screen with Bruce Willis and Christopher Walken. As the Master Acting Coach at JDS Actors Studio and the Education Director for the Title 17 video production job training program, he plays a pivotal role in shaping career pathways for mainstream and special needs youth, teens, and adults.
