Terms and Conditions — Jo Ann’s Parent Consultations

1. Session Types & Fees

Jo Ann offers the following parent consultation services:

  • 30-minute session: $80
  • 3 × 30-minute session pack: $210
  • 45-minute session: $110

These sessions are designed to support your child’s speech and language development through play-based, parent-led strategies tailored to your child’s age and needs.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Session packs must be used over consecutive weeks unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that families are busy and things come up! However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting the following policies:
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee, unless due to a genuine emergency.
No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
If Jo Ann needs to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are late, the session will still start and end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged in full.

5. Use of Session Packs

Session packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All sessions in a pack must be used within 1 month of purchase to avoid regression.

6. Communication & Support Between Sessions

Any additional support beyond quick email replies, such as detailed reports, extended support, or phone consultations, will incur an additional fee of $80 per 30-minute consultation, which will be confirmed with you beforehand.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared during consultations is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of supporting your child’s speech and language development.
